Introducing Glenmar Ranch past and present.....

0ver 20 years ago we introduced an exciting, approach to Personal, Professional or Educational Support Services, Trainings and Programs with horses as our teaching partners.  Similar present day programs refer to this as Equine Assisted Learning.   E.A.L. uses the horse in educational experiential activities that enhance self esteem, and skills such as communication, problem solving and team building. These have all been sucessfully implemented in school, community and business settings as well as at Glenmar Ranch.

Equine Strategies Program

Early on Glenmar Ranch E.A.L. partnered with Alchemy's professional coaching programs to create an Equine Strategies Program. (E.S.P.)

E321* E.S.P. is part of a personal and professional coaching model from Alchemy Academy. The structure for these sessions combines 321 Strategies* and Equine Strategy Programs to team up participants with horses creating a valuable and extraordinary experience.

*321 Strategies includes training, life coaching and intuitive mentoring.

2015 To the Present....Back to the basics with a hint of EAL & ESP

Over the years Glenmar Ranch's wonderful herd of retired equine "teachers" began to shrink with losses due ot old age.  With much saddness we did not have the ability to offer types of experiences that had been availble.  However, on a limited basis and by referral only Basic horsemanship knowledge and skills for owning, managing, caring for and or riding are available at our Ranch or yours.
